NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from S and S Development, LLC formally known as S and S Development Group, LLC. The request is to change the current zoning of A1 to Industrial (ID) on parcel XB00-1701-R1 in Section 30, Township 11 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. For the purpose of, but not limited to developing the property into a small industrial park. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi and below this notice.
