NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: JDH Development LLC Zone Change Request for -G Overlay Zone

The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from JDH Development, LLC. The request is to add the -G overlay zone on parcels XB00-1469-21 and XB00-1469-22 in Sections 9 and 10, Township 11 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The -G overlay designation means the property could be considered for a gravel pit operation. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi and below this notice.
