OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 2026 GENERAL ELECTION VOTING OPTION
Notice is given that a Regular General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to elect candidates listed on the ballot for the following seats:
- US House of Representatives, District 4
- State Senate, District 28
- House of Representatives, District 29
- House of Representatives, District 66
- State School Board District 14
- County Clerk/Auditor
- Juab and Tintic School Boards, Districts 4 & 5
- Commission Seat A
- Commission Seat B
- County Attorney
- County Sheriff

For voters receiving a ballot by mail, ballots will be mailed beginning 21 calendar days before the election. The locations and hours of polling places, including early voting and voter qualifications may be found on this notice or on the websites noted herein, by phone at 435-623-3410, or in person at 160 N Main, Nephi, Utah.
Individuals with disabilities who are not able to vote a manual ballot by mail may obtain information on ADA voting options by contacting our office.
Early voting will take place on the following dates/times:
Juab County Clerk’s Office, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT 84648
Oct. 26th through Oct. 29th, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, and Nov. 2nd, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On Election Day, the polls will be open from 7am to 8 pm at the in-person vote center at:

Ballots sent by mail can be returned in 1 of 3 ways:
- By ballot drop boxes by 8pm on Nov. 3, 2026, at one of these locations:

2. By mail, received in the Clerk’s Office no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day, November 3rd. Postmark deadlines no longer apply, so please mail early!!
