CANCELLATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Due to clerical errors in the public hearing notice for the S & S Development Group, LLC zone change request, it is necessary to cancel the public hearing scheduled for the September 16th meeting.
The hearing will be rescheduled for a later date and will be properly noticed. The clerical errors identified include an incorrect parcel number on the notice mailed to property owners within 1,000 feet of the requested zone change, as well as an incorrect range identified on the public hearing notice for the parcel.
