NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Raccoon Eye Properties LLC. The request is to change the current zoning of A1 and GMRC to Industrial (ID) on parcels XC00-2870-1 and XC00-2859- in Sections 34 and 35, Township 12 S, Range 1 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
