June Primary Election
May 7 – Last Day to Withdraw Candidacy to be Removed from the Ballot
May 8 – UOCAVA Ballots Transmitted. To request a ballot under UOCAVA, click here.
May 28 – Logic and Accuracy Testing, 2pm Clerk’s Office A public test and demonstration of the elections equipment prior to counting official ballots.
June 2 – Vote-by-Mail Ballots Mailed If you do not receive your ballot by June 5, please contact our office at 435-623-3410.
June 12 – Voter Registration Deadline To update your voter registration, click here.
June 16-18, June 22 – In-Office Early Voting Period 8am-5pm each day at the Clerk’s Office, excluding Fridays.

June 16 – Last Day to Request a Replacement Ballot Sent by Mail To request a replacement ballot, contact our office at vote@juabcounty.gov or 435-623-3410.
June 23 – Ballots In-Hand Deadline. All ballots must be received in office by 8pm on Election Day. Please mail early or place ballots in a nearby drop box by 8 pm.
June 23 – Election Day In-Person polling locations and ballot drop boxes will be open until 8pm.
TBD – Election Audit A public audit will be performed of the ballots cast, County Clerk’s Office
July 2 – Ballot Curing Affidavit Deadline Must be submitted by noon on the day before the local jurisdiction’s Board of Canvass meeting.
July 6 – Board of Canvassers Meeting Board of Canvassers of each local jurisdiction will certify the election results. Election results are preliminary until they are certified.
General Election

THE 2026 SCHEDULE OF ELECTIONS IS PRELIMINARY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. FINAL SCHEDULE OF ELECTIONS WILL BE POSTED FOLLOWING THE CURRENT LEGISLATIVE SESSION.
VOTERS WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED, BUT OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE, MAY VOTE PROVISIONALLY IN PERSON AT A VOTE CENTER ON ELECTION DAY OR DURING EARLY VOTING.
