August Primary Election
- June 13 – Last Day to Withdraw Candidacy to be Removed from the Ballot
- June 27 – UOCAVA Ballots Transmitted. To request a ballot under UOCAVA, click here.
- July 17 – Logic and Accuracy Testing, 12pm Clerk’s Office A public test and demonstration of the elections equipment prior to counting official ballots.
- July 22 – Vote-by-Mail Ballots Mailed If you do not receive your ballot by Jul 28, please contact our office at 435-623-3410.
- August 1 – Voter Registration Deadline To update your voter registration, click here.
- August 4-11 – In-Office Early Voting Period 7am-5pm each day at the Clerk’s Office, excluding Fridays. · Varies – Candidate Financial Disclosure Deadline To view various deadlines, click here.
- August 5 – Last Day to Request a Replacement Ballot Sent by Mail To request a replacement ballot, contact our office at vote@juabcounty.gov or 435-623-3410.
- August 12 – Ballots In-Hand Deadline. All ballots must be received in office by 8pm on Election Day. Please mail early or place ballots in a nearby drop box by 8 pm.
- August 12 – Election Day In-Person polling locations and ballot drop boxes will be open until 8pm.
- August 21 – Election Audit A public audit will be performed of the ballots cast, County Clerk’s Office
- Varies – Ballot Curing Affidavit Deadline Must be submitted by noon on the day before the local jurisdiction’s Board of Canvass meeting. Check with local jurisdiction for date.
- Varies – Board of Canvassers Meeting Board of Canvassers of each local jurisdiction will certify the election results. Election results are preliminary until they are certified. Check with local jurisdictions for dates.
General Election

VOTERS WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED, BUT OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE, MAY VOTE PROVISIONALLY IN PERSON AT A VOTE CENTER ON ELECTION DAY.
