OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL ELECTION
The following office nominations/candidates will be determined at the Municipal General Election to be held in the County of Juab on Tuesday, November 4, 2025:
- Nephi City Mayor, 1 seat
- Nephi City Council, 2 seats at large
- Levan Town Mayor, 1 seat
- Levan Town Council, 2 seats at large
- Mona City Mayor, 1 seat
- Rocky Ridge Town Mayor, 1 seat
- Rocky Ridge Town Council, 2 seats at large
- Eureka City Mayor, 1 seat
- Eureka City Council, 2 seats at large
- Mona City Council, 2 seats at large

Early voting will take place on the following dates/times:
Juab County Clerk’s Office, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT 84648
Monday, October 27th through Thursday, October 30th, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, and Monday, November 3rd, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There will be in-person polling locations from 7am to 8 pm on Election Day at:

This is specifically for those needing ADA accommodations, those who did not receive a ballot in the mail, whose information is incorrect or other emergencies. However, everyone is welcome. You will receive a paper ballot EXACLTY like the one you received in the mail. There will be a place you can fill out your ballot and then drop it off in a ballot drop box located on site.
Ballots sent by mail can be returned in 1 of 3 ways:
- By ballot drop boxes by 8 p.m. on November 4, 2025, at one of these locations:

2. By mail, received in the Clerk’s Office no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day, November 4th. Postmark deadlines no longer apply, so please mail early!!
