OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 2023 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION
The following office nominations/candidates will be determined at the regular Primary Election to be
held in the County of Juab on Tuesday, September 5, 2023:
- US Congressional District 2 (1 candidate proceeds to General Election) – Republican only
- Nephi City Council (6 members proceed to General Election) – Non‐Partisan
- Levan Town Council, 4‐year‐term (4 members proceed to General Election) – Non‐Partisan
- Rocky Ridge Town Council (4 members proceed to General Election) – Non‐Partisan
- Mona City Council (6 members proceed to General Election) – Non‐Partisan

Early voting will take place on the following dates/times:
Juab County Clerk’s Office, 160 N. Main, Nephi, UT 84648
Monday, August 28th through Thursday, August 31st from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day
There will be an in‐person polling location from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day at:

This location is specifically for those needing ADA accommodations, those who did not receive a ballot in
the mail, those who information is incorrect or other emergencies. However, everyone is welcome. You
will receive a paper ballot exactly like the one you received in the mail. There will be a place you can sit
and fill out your ballot and then drop it off in a ballot drop box located on site.
Ballots sent by mail can be returned in 1 of 3 ways:
1. By ballot drop boxes by 8pm on September 5, 2023, at one of these locations (24 hour access
unless otherwise noted):
Juab County Clerk’s Office (M‐Th, 7am‐6pm) | Juab County Admin Bldg (east parking lot) |
Eureka City (M‐F, 8:30am‐5pm) | Levan Town Hall (M‐Th, 8:30am‐12:30pm) |
