Notice of Interlocal Agreement between the Juab County Community Reinvestment Agency and Juab School District
Pursuant to Utah Code § 11-13-219(4) and 17C-5-205(2)(a), the Juab County Community Reinvestment Agency (‘Agency’) and the Juab School District (‘District’), are jointly providing this notice with respect to an interlocal agreement (the ‘Interlocal Agreement’) entered into by and between the Agency and the District (dated 11/16/2022) whereby the District consents to the Agency receiving all or a portion of the incremental property tax revenues generated within the Thirsty Valley Solar Community Reinvestment Area (the ‘Project Area’) over a period of not more than twenty (20) years for the purpose of facilitating development of a utility-scale solar project within the Project Area in accordance with the Thirsty Valley Solar CRA Project Area Plan and Budget (‘Plan & Budget’).
Copies of the Interlocal Agreement are and will be available for public inspection at the Agency’s office located at 160 North Main, Nephi, Utah, 84648, during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday.
For a period of 30 days following the publication of this notice (the ’30-Day Period’), any person in interest may contest the Interlocal Agreement or the procedure used to adopt it if the Interlocal Agreement or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreement for any cause.
