NOTICE: RECOUNT 2024 General Election – Tintic School District 3

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a recount has been requested for the Tintic School Board District 3 contest of the 2024 General Election. The Juab County Clerk’s Office will conduct the following recount activities:

Reverify all challenged and non-counted ballots; hand count the ballots; and then Canvass the Tintic School Board District 3 contest.

The following election events will be held:

•  Recount ballots via hand count – December 3, 2024, 11:00 a.m.
• Canvass of Recount of Tintic School Board District 3 – December 3, 2024, immediately following recount

This recount process is open to the public and will be held at the Juab County Commission Chambers, 160 North Main, Nephi, Utah. The Canvass will be held immediately following the recount.
