NOTICE: Public Hearing Notice: Jimmie McWilliams Zone Change Request

The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 7:10 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Jimmie McWilliams. The
request is to change the current zoning of A1 to Industrial (ID) on parcels XD00-3829- and XD00- 3820-1 in Sections 33 and 34, Township 14 S, Range 1 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
