PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Jimmie
McWilliams and Michael Sperry. The request is to change the current zoning of A1 to Industrial (ID) on parcels XC00-3148-B, XC00-3148-B211, XC00-3148-B212, XC00-3149-A, XC00-3155-A1, XC00-3155-A2, and XC00-3159-A2 in Sections 26, 27, 34, and 35, Township 13 S, Range
2 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
