PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request made by Homes by Mountain Country to change the zoning from Agricultural (AG) to Industrial on parcel #XB00-2303-1, which is property he owns in Section 6, Township 13 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific parcel being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
