PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission Chambers, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on an application for a conditional use permit made by BHI to allow them to operate a gravel pit on parcels XB00-1428-61E, and XB00-1426-11 located in Sections 33 & 34, Township 10 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. and Sections 3 & 4, Township 11 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The complete application and map are available for review in the IT/Planning office in the Juab County Building, 160 N Main, Nephi.
