OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 2026 REGULAR GENERAL ELECTION
The following offices will be filled at the regular General Election to be held in the County of Juab on
Tuesday, November 3, 2026:
- US House of Representatives – Congressional District 4 – 2 year term
- Utah State Senate – District 28 – 4 year term
- State House of Representatives – Districts 29 & 66 – 2 year term
- Utah Judicial Offices – Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Fourth District Court and Juvenile Court
(State filing fees and offices outlined in the attached Utah State Notice of Election) - State Board of Education – District 14 – 4 year term
- Juab School Board of Education – Districts 4 and 5 – 4 year term
- Tintic School Board of Education – Districts 4 and 5 – 4 year term
- County Commission – Seat A and B – 4 year term
- County Attorney – 4 year term
- County Clerk / Auditor – 4 year term
- County Sheriff – 4 year term
The following Declaration of Candidacy filing periods are as follows:
For qualified political party candidates and local Board of Education candidates:
- Begins at 8am Friday, January 2, 2026, and ends at 5pm on Thursday, January 8, 2026
For registered political party candidates:
- Begins at 8am Friday, January 2, 2026, and ends at 5pm on Monday, Apri 27, 2026
For Justices and Judges of a Court of Record:
- Begins Wednesday, July 1, 2026, and ends at 5pm on Wednesday, July 15, 2026
The Declaration of Intent to Gather Signatures period for qualified political party candidates:
- Begins at 8am Friday, January 2, 2026, and ends at 5pm on Thursday, January 8, 2026
Qualified political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than 14 days before the day on which the qualified political party holds its convention to select candidates for the elective office.
Registered political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
For candidates not affiliated with a political party:
- Begins at 8am Friday, January 2, 2026, and end at 5pm on Monday, June 15, 2026
- Candidates must submit certificates on nomination no later than 5pm on Monday, June 15, 2026
