OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 2025 MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION
- The following office nominations/candidates will be determined at the Municipal Primary Election to be held in the County of Juab on Tuesday, August 12, 2025:
- Nephi City Council, 2 seats at large
- Levan Town Mayor, 1 seat
- Mona City Mayor, 1 seat
- Mona City Council, 2 seats at large
- Eureka Mayor, 1 seat

Early voting will take place on the following dates/times:
Juab County Clerk’s Office, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT 84648
Monday, August 4th through Thursday, August 7th, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, and Monday, August 11th, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There will be in-person polling locations from 7am to 8 pm on Election Day at:
- Juab County Clerk’s Office
- Mona City Community Center
This is specifically for those needing ADA accommodations, those who did not receive a ballot in the mail, whose information is incorrect or other emergencies. However, everyone is welcome. You will receive a paper ballot EXACLTY like the one you received in the mail. There will be a place you can fill out your ballot and then drop it off in a ballot drop box located on site.
Ballots sent by mail can be returned in 1 of 3 ways:
1. By ballot drop boxes by 8 p.m. on August 12, 2025, at one of these locations:

2. By mail, received in the Clerk’s Office no later than 8 p.m. on Election Day, August 12th. Postmark deadlines no longer apply, so please mail early!!
