Official Notice of the 2024 Regular General Election
The following offices will be filled at the regular General Election to be held in the County of Juab on Tuesday, November 5, 2024:
- United States offices, Utah State Executive offices, Utah House of Representatives offices, Utah State & Fourth District Judicial offices and all filing fees as outlined in the attached Utah State Notice of Election
- Juab School Board of Education – Districts 1, 2 and 3 – 4 year term
- Tintic School Board of Education – Districts 1, 2 and 5 – 4 year term
- County Commission – Seat C – 4 year term
- County Assessor – 4 year term
- County Recorder / Surveyor – 4 year term
- County Treasurer – 4 year term
The following Declaration of Candidacy filing periods are as follows:
For qualified or registered political party candidates and local Board of Education candidates:
- Begins Tuesday, January 2, 2024, and ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024
For Justices and Judges of a Court of Record:
- Begins Monday, July 1, 2024, and ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024
The Declaration of Intent to Gather Signatures period for qualified political party candidates:
- Begins Tuesday, January 2, 2024, and ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024
Qualified political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than 14 days before the day on which the qualified political party holds its convention to select candidates for the elective office.
Registered political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than April 1, 2024.
