NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Taurus Plumbing and Excavating, Inc Zone Change Request

The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request from Taurus Plumbing and Excavating, Inc, Alex Johnson and Jared Johnson. The request is to change the current zoning of A1 to Industrial (ID) on parcels XB00-2642-, XB00-2644-, XB00-2653-1, and XB00-2653-2 (approx. 119.45 acres) in Sections 31 and 32, Township 13 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific area being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
