NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission Chambers, 160 N Main, Nephi, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on an application for a conditional use permit made by Nebo North LLC to allow them to construct and operate a data center campus on parcels XC00-2715-1, XC00-2710-, and XC00-2705- located in Sections 13 & 14, Township 11 South, Range 1 West, S.L.B & M. The complete application and map are available to review in the IT/Planning office in the Juab County Building, 160 N Main, Nephi.
