Notice of 2026 Election for UOCAVA Voters
Dear Voter,
If you are a voter covered under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) and are eligible to vote in the upcoming election either by the ballot we send to you or with a federal write-in absentee ballot (FWAB) (Link to online assistant: https://www.fvap.gov/fwab-privacy-notice), please review this information.
The following offices will be filled at the regular General Election to be held in the County of Juab on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (Primary Elections, where applicable, will be held June 23, 2026):
- US House of Representatives – Congressional District 4 – 2 year term
- Utah State Senate – District 28 – 4 year term
- State House of Representatives – Districts 29 & 66 – 2 year term
- Utah Judicial Offices – Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Fourth District Court and Juvenile Court (State filing fees and offices outlined in the attached Utah State Notice of Election)
- State Board of Education – District 14 – 4 year term
- Juab School Board of Education – Districts 4 and 5 – 4 year term
- Tintic School Board of Education – Districts 4 and 5 – 4 year term
- County Commission – Seat A and B – 4 year term
- County Attorney – 4 year term
- County Clerk / Auditor – 4 year term
- County Sheriff – 4 year term

When using a federal write-in absentee ballot for this year’s election, you will need to use the Nonfederal offices section of the ballot. You should write-in the office and candidate name for the races you choose to vote for. An updated list will be posted on the Juab County Election Website https://juabcounty.gov/residents/election-information/
or at the link above after the candidate filing periods have concluded.
Electronic and physical ballots must be received in the Elections Office by 8:00 pm, Utah local time, on Election Day.
